No. Our office is in Bydgoszcz (Gimnazjalna 2/M501), but 80% of projects we run remotely — with clients across Poland, Germany, Netherlands, UK. We meet in person only when both sides see the point.
Standard is a work-for-hire contract with full IP transfer. We happily sign an NDA if you need one (we have a template or accept yours). All important agreements go in writing — never just "we agreed on the phone."
Standard: 30% deposit upfront, 70% on delivery. For larger projects (over 15k PLN / ~3.5k EUR) we split payments into 3-4 milestones after each is accepted. VAT invoices, payment by bank transfer or BLIK.

The more the better, but minimum: (1) business goal (what do you need it for?), (2) functional scope (what exactly should it do?), (3) deadline and budget (at least a range), (4) materials if you have them — logo, brand book, content, photos. We handle missing materials too, but it extends the quote process.
We do code review & project audit — 200-600 EUR depending on scale. You get a written report: what's OK, what needs refactoring, security and performance risks. No "hire us instead" agenda — a genuinely honest assessment.
