Independent studio from Bydgoszcz
Kreatywna Agencja is a studio run by Jarosław Zieliński — a developer with eight years of experience in WordPress and WooCommerce deployments. We operate from Bydgoszcz (Gimnazjalna 2/M501), but serve clients remotely across Poland and internationally.
We're not a corporation with dozens of account managers. One point of contact, one person responsible for your project — from the first call to post-launch support. The same person who writes code leads technical conversations with you.
We specialise in three things: custom WordPress / WooCommerce plugins, integrations with external systems, and process automation powered by n8n + AI. We deliver the rest (websites, stores, SEO) too, but this is where we stand out most in Poland.

Rules of the game — to avoid misunderstandings
Fixed-price quote
After the first call you get a fixed price for the agreed scope. No hours billed "approximately," no estimates that grow mid-project. If scope changes — we do an amendment, not a surprise invoice.
Iterative delivery
Every week you see progress on staging. You give feedback early, not after a full week of already-shipped work. No "big-bang" releases, no late-night emergencies. Production only goes live after your acceptance.
Code ownership
Everything we write for you — is yours. Git repository, GPL-2.0+ licence (or MIT by arrangement), full documentation. You can hire another developer at any time and continue. No vendor lock-in.
We don't disappear after launch
First month after launch — support included: updates, minor changes, monitoring. Then an optional SLA (from 300 PLN/month) with response time under 4 business hours. Or "it works, leave it alone" — your choice.
Free first call
Before any quote we talk for 30-60 minutes about your project. No strings attached, no "give us a deposit." We advise even if it turns out the project isn't a fit — then we recommend someone who knows the area better.
GDPR & security
We work in compliance with GDPR and your privacy policy is up to date from day one. All passwords in Vault, server access logged, backups encrypted. No "login: admin / password: admin."
