1. Who we are
The operator of the kreatywnaagencja.com.pl website and the entity that sets cookies is Canpol Bis Sp. z o.o., ul. Gimnazjalna 2, 85-007 Bydgoszcz, Poland, KRS 0000424054, NIP 5542918412, REGON 341289717. The rules on processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Other technologies (e.g. localStorage) work in a similar way. We use them to run the website, remember your choices and — only with your consent — for statistics and marketing.
3. Legal basis
We store necessary cookies without consent (Art. 399(2) of the Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Other cookies — analytical and marketing — are stored only after you consent in the banner (Art. 399(1) of that Law and Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (RODO)). Consent is voluntary, and refusing it does not limit your use of the website.
4. Categories of cookies
| Category | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Operation of the website: cart and orders, login, security, remembering your cookie and language choices, as well as the technical conversation identifier of the AI assistant (chat) in the browser’s sessionStorage — deleted when the tab is closed. | from session up to 12 months | not required |
| Analytical | Statistics on visits and how the site is used (e.g. Google Analytics). | up to 24 months | required |
| Marketing | Measuring effectiveness and tailoring ads (e.g. Google Ads, Meta). | up to 12 months | required |
Analytical and marketing cookies are loaded only after you consent. The exact cookie names and expiry periods depend on the provider and may change — you will find the current breakdown in the consent settings below.
5. How to manage your consent
- You can change the choice you made in the banner at any time: open cookie settings (the link is also in the footer of every page).
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking necessary cookies may impair the cart and login.
6. External resources
The website’s fonts are hosted locally, with no connections to Google Fonts servers. Links to social media (Facebook, Instagram, X) lead to external sites, which apply their own cookie rules.
